Paver Sealer and Restoration

Where do I start, there are dozens of materials, application processes, and bad contractors being used.

Hopefully your pavers are in good condition, at that point we will test your existing sealer for compatibility with our products, we will clean and de-mildew your pavers, and then apply our sealer.

Our main paver sealer, has a 2 yr life, is made in Florida by Advanced Surfaces, and is sprayed on.

A special note about sealer and over sealing, many times people will over seal their pavers mixing different chemically based sealers resulting in a white hazy look; this can be avoided by not over sealing, and using the same based sealer.

You have to let your existing layer of sealer wear down a little, not to the point where you lose protection, but when part of the top layer of the sealer is ready to accept a 2nd coat without a material build up that will turn hazy over time.

We also specialize in repairing pavers that have been damaged. Sometimes the damage can be repaired with chemical treatment or in worse case scenarios we have to sand blast the top layer off.

The hazy look can also form if the pavers are not dried properly before application.

Proper knowledge is the key to long lasting pavers! Watch out for the guy that "can seal them" for a $100 or Two.
